Europerve Amsterdam 29/9
Hello my dear Kinksters,
My oh my.... where to start?
As some of you might know, The Rubber Party Europerve was last saturday.
And boy, was this a great party!
A few weeks before Louva contacted me to be on the VIP guest list, also featured on the website. This made me even more excited (and also very honored). As I am thinking back about this weekend, I am still overly excited about it.
To start off, this party was in Amsterdam. Which can be a hastle with parking, but can also come quite handy for those who do not own a car or don't want to drive home.
After getting lucky, finding a parking spot we headed off to the crime scene (grin).
After entering, there was so much beauty (read: rubber) to see. Everyone did put a lot of energy in their outfits. A lot of lube, a lot of rubber and a great atmosphere. The perfect recipe for a evening full of fun.

I can keep on talking about how great it was, and how wonderful it was to have a good rubber party again. But I suggest to visit yourself next time! (There are rumors about an upcoming Europerve)
For me personally it was great to finally get a picture of Dutch Dame and me, somehow at the previous parties this didn't work out. (Made by Fetlight)
Also, sigh, love love love the pants and ladies from Ishtar & Brute who have rubberlishious pants for girls with round behinds and hips together with Demask .
And another "also', there was a fashion show for and by men. Great to see some more upcoming rubber fashion for men!

To find or not to find a Mistress (part 1)
Dear dark kinksters of mine,
After a very fun lunch I had last Wednesday with a subbie, a few, somewhat interesting subjects, were brought up. (And later on discussed with more details. You know who you are ;-) )
But I am always fascinated by the opinions and thoughts on this subject.
All of this is written from my own perspective, and seen in a way that I look at bdsm and the lifestyle.
"How to find a "good" Mistress"?
First of all I want to point out, that a D/s relationship is just like any other relationship in life. There needs to be a "click", a connection to start off.
Especially if the goal is to have a long term relationship this gets more important. Without a Dominant, there will be no submissive and the other way around.
Without jumping from part to part on this subject, the main thing will always be, that it has to do with the energy and effort you put in.
Often I hear subs complain
1.What is a good Mistress for you? How much effort have you put in trying to find one? Just like any other dating/relationship, a good Mistress will not just magically appear in front of you one day, begging you to be her sub (read the sarcasm in this, since a Mistress should not be begging at all, grin).
What are you looking for in a Mistress? Do you even know your own kinks and fetishes? Do you know what kind of submissive or slave you are? Before going out there on the internet, papers and parties, these are some questions you should have an answer too. Are you still exploring? That is alright too, then THAT is the answer.
2. Yes, some of them are, and some of them aren't. Get over it and stop whining. There is a difference between whinning and sharing bad or past experiences. For some its a lifestyle, for some its a service, and for some its a mix of both. Just like some people like any other hobby and choose to make a living out of it, this is a hobby/lifestyle with benefits too.
3. Again, this also depends on the person. And on you.
There is nothing that irritates me more in the scene, than so called slaves who rudely send you a message with only "You're beautiful, I want to be owned by you". (Not even going into the subject what "owning" means)
This has nothing to do with being a Mistress, a domina, or being Superior. Even in vanilla life, I would not accept such behaviour.
It's really just common sense and manners. And especially looking at the dynamics, there's ought to be respect.
Yes, you will get treated respectfully too as a submissive, if you approuch someone in the right way.
Or of course, you want to be treated like dirt, that is a kink too, grin.
For the serious kinksters out there: enjoy the journey, try something you maybe haven't dont before. Go to a party, write a personal add, step out of your comfort zone and enjoy every bit of it.

Kim's ClubRub Mistress Workshop
Kim ClubRub Mistress Workshop
I have been following Kim’s work and events for a while on Twitter and other websites, so it was time for me to take a visit up to London.
The workshop is being held at an area above a nice and cozy pub. (By the way, they have the best bean soup with garlic bread ever).
The group ended up a bit smaller than expected, but that didn’t spoil the fun at all!
Because of the experience we already have by being in the lifestyle, we could explore and discuss things more detailed than normally.
Kim has some amazing tips! I just kept on writing and smiling.
And it is true, if you are in a room with like minded people, it feeds your creativity.
It started of by introducing ourselves, and how we are currently involved. The workshop goes through several chapters, all in a good follow-up order that makes sense.
This day we had two kinksters who showed us the basic and necessary things about bondage. Also, very friendly, patient and very creative with the rope!
I completely loved it! The way Kim tells her stories, she is such a shining person.
Have I learned any new things? O god, absolutely !
If you get the chance, do attend the workshop, whether you are new to the lifestyle or already "pro".

The plan was to take shots while being in action, not posed ones.
And my oh my, can I say, this man does a great job! The pictures look amazing, raw, without any adjustments.
He is a true artist, capturing the perfect beauty of our life style.
Friendly, nice to hang around with, and his lovely lady was with him.

Chastity conversation of the day
There is this one guy, who I am keeping in chastity.
But as the days (and now weeks) pass by, he is struggling with himself. Trying to come up with any excuse he can think of, using all kinds of communication techniques and who knows what.
The funny thing is, I-DO-NOT-CARE.

He: A week ago it was alot easier, just not to think about sex. But now it is impossible anymore, and especially frustrating. Also at night. When I wake up. It is really unfair. But I am sure you know that too.
So I am begging you, please help me.

While browsing around on Club-Rub’s page, I found a link that caught my interest. This was to the website of a book called

Of course I couldn’t restrain myself and bought it right away. The e-book version, although I love actual paperbacks, I was sure it’ll probably end up some where on a shelf because I was too lazy to carry it around with me.
First impression: nice pictures! Love love love the pictures (don’t we all? One can never watch enough latex pictures).
Reading the first few pages it gets clear that this book can be used as a “guide” into the latex (/fetish) scene. It describes all the necessary subjects, from what a fetish is, how to repair your rubber, a bit information about the bdsm scene overall, till how to find a rubber pal!
Written in a nice tone, it’s obvious the writer knows what he is talking about and has been through the same journey a lot of people have been through. Personally I have always been very open about my likes and hobbies, but I can imagine someone who isn’t sure yet or still seeking that this can be of good help.
Loved the chapter on how to repair your latex ! (well-noted)
And of course, the pictures!
Overall, if you are in the scene, it is a good read, but I absolutely recommend it for the newbies :-)
So if you are trying to find your way, or know someone who is, get him the book as a gift.
